Payzium's US Savings Guarantee: if Payzium cannot lower the merchant's eligible processing cost against the merchant's prior baseline over the guarantee period, Payzium refunds or waives the Payzium fees covered by the guarantee.

The instrument sets a baseline against the merchant's prior statements, compares the same statement periods after boarding under Payzium, and reconciles the difference under a written mechanic. The full baseline and comparison mechanic is Section 4 of the US Savings Guarantee. Section 6 lists the eligibility exclusions.
How the guarantee works.
- Eligibility: the merchant must submit representative prior statements at boarding and elect the guarantee on the pricing schedule.
- Baseline: prior 90 days of eligible processing cost, computed from the submitted statements.
- Comparison window: the first three full statement periods after boarding under Payzium.
- Remedy: if the guarantee period ends with eligible processing cost above the baseline, Payzium refunds or waives the Payzium fees covered by the guarantee.
