Payzium reimburses up to US$1,000 in documented eligible switching costs under Schedule A of the Payzium Savings Guarantee. Eligible costs typically include a prior processor's cancellation fee, an equipment buyout fee for gear returned to the prior provider, and reasonable transition costs directly caused by the switch to Payzium.
What qualifies and what doesn't.
Qualifies
- The prior processor's cancellation or early termination fee, evidenced by a bill from that processor.
- An equipment buyout or return fee levied by the prior hardware provider, evidenced by an invoice.
- Reasonable transition costs directly caused by the switch to Payzium and supported by written documentation.
Does not qualify
- Ordinary processing fees the merchant would have paid regardless.
- Taxes, chargebacks, chargeback fees, retrieval fees, reversals, and related amounts.
- Fines and card-network assessments.
- Equipment damage, lost equipment, or non-approved costs.
