Someone on our audit team rebuilds your statement by hand against our published rates and tells you what the same month would have cost. If we cannot come back with a lower-cost result within 3 business days, we send you a $500 Visa gift card.
Your statement is kept, not deleted
This is a hand audit, so a person opens your file and works from it. That means we keep it, and we keep the figures in it, until you ask us to delete them. Email support@payzium.com and we will.
